CICD Training

The five-day Boson CICD (Implementing Cisco Collaboration Devices) training course provides the student with the knowledge and skills to maintain and operate a Cisco Unified Communications solution that is based on Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Unified Presence. Video topics have been added into the course

This course is presented using a combination of lecture and lab activities and incorporates all the material a student needs to pass the CICD exam. The CICD course is one of two components in the CCNA Collaboration curriculum.
